Polyurethane screen mats for vibrating screens are made of polyurethane sheets with high density opennings, polyurethane rods with steel wire inside and polyurethane around, or mixed polyurethane materials, such as TDI, MDI, which are casted and poured into specific sieves required and embedded in high tensile steel frames to ensure the wear-resistancy. They are the excellent coat for the vibrating screens and some other equipment. 


Main applications:
Polyurethane screen mats are ideal for the purposes of washing, screening, grading of  various materials, wet or dry, as the essential parts of all kinds of mainstream vibrating screens. Except for those, the application fields are very broad,such as ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy (iron ore, manganese ore, lead zinc ore, limestone, fluorite, cooling blast furnace slag, coke, and other raw materials), coal chemicals, building material, water and electricity projects, abrasive waste disposal, quarries, etc.
