Perforated metal screen panel, also known as punch plate, is a frequently-used screen media for vibrating screens and trommel screens, manufactured from perforated steel sheet. For the different operating conditions and customer demands, these panels can be made of diffrent matel materials, such as mild steel sheet, manganese steel sheet and stainless steel, and perforated into different aperture shapes, such as round hole, oval hole, rectangular hole, slot hole and hexagonal hole.
Among all the above-mentioned panels of different metal materials, mild steel perforated vibrating screen panel is of the best cost performance, while the perforated vibrating screen panel made of manganese steel enjoys higher tensile strength and better wear resistance. Perforated vibrating screen panel made of stainless steel performs best when it comes to the acid, alkali and abrasion.
